The Yamuna Expressway is a 165.5 km six-lane highway connecting Greater Noida to Agra, developed under the PPP model by the Jaypee Group and inaugurated in 2012. Managed by YEIDA, the corridor spans nearly 2,689 sq. km and has transformed travel, tourism, logistics, and industrial growth between Delhi NCR and Agra. With its rapid connectivity and strong infrastructure, it has become a major catalyst for regional development.

The region’s importance continues to rise with mega projects such as the Jewar International Airport, large-scale industrial parks, and high-value investments from leading developers. Key initiatives include a 206-acre Electronics Manufacturing Cluster, a 100-acre Solar Park by the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, and the modernization of 29 villages under the Smart Village program. These developments make the Yamuna Expressway one of India’s fastest-growing and most promising investment corridors.
